Business partners John and Chris originally set up a printer servicing workshop back in 1995. Matrix Services followed the core principles of honesty, time keeping and professionalism to quickly establish themselves as a provider of cost effective, high quality IT service solutions to the business sector.

By 1997 they had become the approved workshop & service provider of desktop printer repairs for Bournemouth University, The Arts University of Bournemouth, Bournemouth & Poole College as well as various departments in both Poole and Salisbury Hospitals.

After working closely with a large London based Ricoh dealership for a number of years, John and Chris decided to expand the range of services they offered in their own area to include managed print solutions and independent copier services.

By rewriting the standard Terms and Conditions used by the rest of the industry, a new level of service was created for customers seeking professional, effective support without compromising their freedom.
